I've had a lot of practice in developing my signature soft, tender, melt-in-your mouth peanut butter and chocolate chip cookies. Would have been oatmeal raisin before, when all I had to go on for peanut butter were the flat, hard, dry ones I seemed to get most places. --- Feeling really good.
