Theres not much cheerfulness in my city this year, between inflation and the impossibility to find work that actually pays enough to stay in the green. It also has been snowing and very cold this entire month, which is not only a bad sign for the rest of winter, but it also makes people not feel like its safe to put up decorations because they dont want to slip on ice. <cite>Payzmaykr posted [p:969757145] in Does anybo... You never know when winter conditions are here to stay in Chicagoland, so the kids and I put up decorations after some snow melted a couple weeks back while it was still warmish. I'd rather have them up a tad too long than put them up late or in shitty conditions. Plus, it makes my wife happy, so never a bad idea to get some brownie points in with the missus. --- Irregardless, for all intensive purposes, I could care less. <cite>K181 posted [p:969757185] in Does anybo...
