Some people reached to me to see if I was OK, but I couldn't respond due to the warning. I know most of you don't care and that's fine, but for the few who do - I had a lot of rest and got my emotions sorted out. It's been a really tough time for me but I have good support, so I'll make it through OK. I got a therapist who I talk to daily, and it's helped a lot. Robot2600 posted... +100 elo in a week sounds good So I studied up on my openings and went back to the basics. Learned more about the French and Italian defenses in particular. I stopped trying to be so clever and honed the fundamentals and it did help.
