I have it for the second time and I'm not having fun. The first time I was nearly asymptomatic. This time it's like a really bad cold, no fever but having all your basic cold symptoms

Right...

I never liked Black Friday, one time I gave in an did it with my family, standing out in the cold in a line dead in the morning just to get a 50% of TV. I even offered them a free TV so I could go home but they said no. America is messed up.

just goes to show you, this is the maximum potential of our nation. when things are too difficult to deal with, or they inconvenience us in any way, we will give our middle effort in dealing with them and once we grow bored of it, we will just shoulder it with complete apathy, plug our ears and scream "la la la" to the heavens

we do this with everything, not just covid. the luxury of living in the land of infinite distraction. stop worrying about things that might cost the government money... there's so much shopping to be done! =)

I've caught it twice already too, but for me the first time was the worse, the first time was before the vaccines.

People who never cared continue to not care, a lot of the ones who do/did, got vaxxed and wore masks are exhausted with the bullshit. I haven't seen a single mask in town here in months.

America seemingly has settled on "This is fine" while thousands are still dying daily, but forced birth is the higher priority. Dont help the people alive, just make sure there are replacements for the future.

Makes me wonder if they're actually happy old people are dying and young people are replacing them as new workers, as long as they have a positive population growth they're not going to freak out COVID.
