If you don't wake up at exactly 6:17AM, do 23 deep breaths, take a cold shower, intake 18 grams of protein before you bury your feet in the dirt and expose your bare ass the to morning sunlight, you will lose all the dopamine and serotonin in your brain, and you will literally morph into a mangy rat permenantly.

Neuroflombology sells. That's really all there is to it.

Most uses of neuroscience terms in everyday life are much closer to phrenology or humorism. Don't tell this to people who want to "hack their dopamine cycles" or whatever though. They will demand you give them an undergraduate education in neuroscience before they're willing to listen.
