You have to understand, theyre a small team of hundreds of people making a game that regularly makes billions of dollars. They had 15 pride flags in the game at launch and 0 country flags. They just added the country flags in a recent update. The only way you could get the country flags at launch was by using a glitch to access the locked off content for the game.
