I need something for my dad. Were in opposite sides of the house and sometimes I cant hear him when he tries calling for me so Im trying to find something I can set up to notify me if he presses it.

I wouldnt be able to hear a bell any better than him yelling.

I dont have, nor want any Alexa or anything like that for multiple reasons.

We use one of these for my wife's grandmother and it works pretty solid as long as we're in the same house or on the property. Haven't tested the range on it
