GateOfDoom 11/20/22 10:10:16 PM #1:	For the last 8 years at my company i got a very nice Christmas bonus and a raise for being the top performer. Last year i got 6 grand and a raise this year i got 6 grand again but no raise was once again the top performer in the company. Everyone needs to get a bare minimum sort of raise to offset inflation, cost of living increases etc. and then above that raise there should be more which would be your actual raise.
