I only ignore people who have been spamming the same pathetic shit every day for decades. People like Vegy, Cpt Pineapple, Damn Underscore, Scotty Rogers etc.

It makes my time here more enjoyable to not have to see their garbage topics constantly littering the first few pages of CE.

I don't normally ignore users for any reason. Although I have a few who kept posting covid statistics everyday. If I'm curious I'll look that stuff up myself.

Im not interested in checking a death counter daily.

Boring is one word for it.

I tried to have a discussion with No_U once, I dont remember about what. But he clearly just wasn't into it and just kept repeating his same BS talking points about women and watches without reading to what he was replying. So I said, "fuck it," ignored him, and it's made CE much better. After that if I see a user who never posts anything interesting, but keeps posting BS, I'll just ignore him without concern.
