NoxObscuras 11/15/22 1:26:33 PM #2:	I've never encountered "blackout dates" for employees before, but from the context, I'm guessing it's specific days that you aren't allowed to take a vacation day on? It makes sense from a business standpoint, to want all hands on deck for days that are predicted to be incredibly busy. I'm sure the employees hate it though.
