Wasn't making a argument. Typically people don't get praised for actually doing their job. Just was pointing it out. Does suck though cause it can give a profession a bad reputation. Closest good thing I saw was inmate died recently and the news article mentioned a officer (didnt mention name of course) immediately attempted life saving measures when the inmate was found unresponsive. But had he actually managed to save him I promise there woulda been no news coverage. I know cause inmates have been saved by literally attempted murder by another inmate and not a peep even in the local news.
