1, 2 and 4 are great. 3 is largely bad, but has its moments.

I really didn't like the latest one, tbh.

Only the original, it was one of those movies that I didnt think needed a sequel.

I watched the first 3 and had no desire anymore after 3.

its a rare franchise with no genuinely bad entry
people consider 3 the worst one but even its not really that bad
its just bad by scream standards

im excited for scream 6
im sad neve campell isnt returning but so long as they dont kill sidney off screen ill be fine
if they announce she is dead it will show the new screen writers have no respect for the franchise

i hear hayden panetierre is reprising her role of kirby for scream 6 which im looking forward to

Yeah, I watch the new and liked it so much I decided to watch all the old ones too.

I saw the first 3 many years ago, but I don't give a damn about the new ones.

The 5th one kinda pissed me off because they really did Dewey dirty and gave his character a middle finger...and it was the most obvious killer in the series I guessed it in the first 10 mins

i love the core trio of sidney, gale and dewey
but the way i always view it is that sidney cant be killed off cause it kind of defeats the spirit of the franchise and makes every movie pointless

but while it would be sad, gale and dewey are expendable

agreed. I like the twins they were great, and Tara was great too tbh. But what they did to Dewey was stupid and forced and should have been handled better at the least. Also both killers were pretty obvious I agree.

One of the most consistent Horror franchises out there, so yes.

1 > 5 > 4 > 2 > 3

But even that said, I enjoyed all of them. 3 is just for sure the weakest.

no. not a fan of horror/slasher flicks in general.

tara was the best new character in scream 5

so long as tara and kirby survive scream 6 i will be happy
and ill be happy if they dont reveal sidney died off screen

Only 3 I disliked

so what i know of scream 6 so far is that sam and tara have moved to new york and are living together
when a new ghostface killer starts harassing them
gale weathers and kirby reed will be returning

Not at all. I saw the most recent one and it's inoffensive. But I hate that kind of constantly winking at the audience it does. Pointing out how tropey everything is, while doing those tropes. Maybe that's the joke, but I don't get it. I'm not a fan of a lot of "comedy horror" in general.
