I guess some people just want to run their business as they see fit sans rules and regs.

But keep in mind whether anyone agrees or not America's economy was born, bred and perfected on slave plantations and that's the mindset of employers today and the reason why they do not like Gov regulations and unions because they want to operate as they see fit regardless of who they hurt.

When I was in high school for a couple weeks after a hurricane I worked like 120 hours in one pay period. I was 16 or 17, but school was also out because power was out.
