did you find the directions to be difficult?

Taken 2 different kinds. The instructions arent too bad to follow. Can be a lot of steps though, so read it all before you actually do it.

Way easier than a nurse shoving that stick up your nose. Hell, if rather do it myself at the clinic.

i've done 2 at home covid tests, how come the nurse shoves it up real high, but the at home tests, don't?

The Binax test is the best. You have to get the swab. They tell you to do it inside the nose but my nose is usually dry so I push the swab up past the nose. Wait a second. Usually just the swab's being there is enough to make the mucus flow.

It comes down to

Take sample with the swab. This means enough nose secretion.
Mix sample into liquid.
Drip liquid into test depression.
Watch and wait.

There is a control line that shows up to indicate that you took a sample in the right place.

I had a strep throat test done at the same time I got tested for covid and the strep throat test was so much worse. "Now go 'aah' while I stick this thing in your mouth and trigger your overpowered gag reflex, hahaha!"

I found it easier to just watch a YouTube video on it. The directions arent complicated, but the tests were rare when I took my first one. I didn't want go fuck it up and waste it.
