This one means a lot to me, and I don't even know Aidan, it's just that her vision of a movie about transition wherein the actress transitions in sync with the character as presented to us on screen really speaks to me. It would be a one-of-a-kind exploration of transition: its social pitfalls, its trials and tribulations, and its bounty of euphoria and wholeness, because Aidan will be living them xyrself even as they portray a character on screen.

But it's real close. Aidan is going to begin HRT regardless of whether this gets funded or not (you can watch zir video at the link and hear that from their devastatingly British self). I would love to see her dream come true.
