deny, and when people start shit with me i get so pissed off, it makes me wanna quit or transfer lol (usually older ladies who feel threatened that "young blood" is coming to take their jobs that they've done poorly for 20 years). But the best way to do this is to ignore them, do your work and do it well, and they sorta dig their own graves at that point. Now, if you're in a blue collard job and people are trying to start fistfights with you, then you work with unhinged crackheads and thats your problem. it's always the old people too. They realize that the young, hungry millennial and zoomer workers aren't duped by their bullshit scheme of doing the bare minimum, intentionally causing problems to justify them being there to fix.
