Literally shows them it was not a gun.

They begin power tripping for him not falling over himself to submit.

At the end of it he says it is gonna be hard for them so they say "ok we will take you to jail for resisting."

Resisting an unjust arrest shouldn't be a crime, and settlements should come out of police union funds and police retirement funds.

he didn't even resist

he let them handcuff him and did nothing but tell them they had no right to do what they were doing

man was also legally blind

It's always the needless escalation by the cops in these encounters. When the cop saw it was a walking stick she should've gotten back in her car and left. But nope, had to bully and unjustly arrest a partially blind old man.
