Tom_Joad 11/05/22 5:36:33 AM #6:	Single-malt Scotch can be the best, but it's the most fickle. For a bottle of it can be excellent one year, but the following year could end up tasting horrible. For it's a single-malt, meaning it's from a single farm in Scotland. If the farm gets too much rain, or not enough rain, or too much sun, or not enough sun, or, or, or, or... the taste of the Scotch made from it will change. Blended whiskeys are more consistent, and Irish whiskey tends to be blended.
