This chick on the train was just going on some loud, angry rant to someone she was talking to on the phone. Going on about how she hates everyone at her job, and how she wants to be a mass shooter and take out everyone there who wronged her.
And she was being all excited and shit about how she can't wait to go in with a gun and see everyone's faces before telling them to get down and killing them. And everyone on the train (myself included) is just pretending not to pay attention to her.

The scary part is, this isn't even the craziest shit I've heard people openly talk about/do on the train.

Those weird moments where you're not sure if you should call the cops on someone or ignore them.
