Drake and Kanye were fighting for a while (so in opposition with each other). And then they did a concert together, seemingly ending the fued they had.

So in that Tweet, Drake was basically saying that they're still not friends and he only did the concert for J Prince.

Kanye is saying that he's tried to make amends with Drake multiple times already. And that rappers should all be on the same side against the real enemy (and I think we know where he's going with that).
