I dislike the more pop-like country music. Grew up in the south so I heard a lot of country growing up and I hated all of it, but once the reverse-Stockholm Syndrome wore off, I realized I actually did like quite a bit of it.

Whiskey Lullaby? Hell yes. Every Light in the House is On? Good. Somebody Like You? Eh. How Do You Like Me Now? Nahhh.

House, grime, most rap and garage music is obnoxious for me.

I don't know about hate, but anything that's just like 100% technical with no sense of songwriting (so a lot of, but not all, prog/math rock/metal). It's more just disappointing than anything, not like it's the worst. But at least there's a certain symmetry to shitty musicians playing shitty music. Like nobody really writes above their technical skill level but plenty of musicians write below it, if that makes sense

I don't do hip hop rap alternative rock or country y2k to present. Some people don't know how to sing and rely too much on synthesizers. Everything else on the list is just screams negativity to me plus like the time it's like a giger counter going off too much tick tick tickedy tick.
