No, it's Ted Faro.

In Horizon: Zero Dawn, the Old World ended when Faro had his company develop a line of war machines that could self-replicate, hack and override any other machine, and could consume organic matter as fuel. Against his employees' advice, he refused to allow any sort of backdoor security into their network and equipped them with top of the line security that even the best software in the world would take decades to crack. As you might expect, one of these swarms experienced a glitch that disabled their command override and made them hostile to all life.

They could not stop the swarm from eradicating all organic matter on the planet, so a last ditch effort was made: Project Zero Dawn. They would develop an artificial intelligence which would spend the required decades cracking the swarm's security and then begin re-terraforming the planet with DNA samples held in underground bunkers.

One of the functions of this AI was called APOLLO. It was the last function that was to be used, a repository of all human knowledge that would be taught to the reborn humans. That never happened. As the project was completed and the survivors sealed themselves in bunkers, Faro was housed with the lead developers of Zero Dawn. To prevent any of the future humans from learning his culpability in the apocalypse, he deleted APOLLO and murdered the developers.

Instead of reforming society, the humans formed primitive tribes. Even in the modern day, Faro is directly responsible for people dying.

I think his name was Damian.
The lady who trades you a trade evo holding an everstone is worse anyway. It's one thing to have such a 0/10 mechanic ruining the games but you don't have to go out of your way to antagonise me with it.

Especially since it was a Haunter. It wouldn't be a big deal to me personally if it was a Machoke or Graveller they did it with, but to do it with Haunter was absolutely cruel.
