Had an 8 player map. Was getting into it, setting up my farms, mining, army and navy then I only took one of them out, the other 6 civilizations ran out of resources. I used a cheat to peak at the map... everyone was just standing around with no trees, no mines, no movement. I think the ai is a fair bit better though Although I will say AoE is, in general, not much of a long term civilization planning simulation game. it's a game about wiping everyone off the map as effectively as possible --- THIS IS WHAT I HATE A BOUT EVREY WEBSITE!!
