The specific wording that she used was that she was offered $4,000 for the role of Bayonetta, which is clearly not true now. One side has a definite confirmed lie, the other side just doesn't. Idk if you know this, but $15k for 20 hours of work is $750 an hour, which is way above the VA rate, especially on a franchise that heavily struggles to even sell a million copies on a game. Experienced VA's earn between $200 and $350 an hour regardless of how much the game makes.
