Looking for more recipes made up of a combo of random ingredients that doesn't taste too bad but is super easy to make.

Example: I used to combine cooked rice, broccoli, pinto beans, and cream of mushroom soup together on the stove and mix in some onion and garlic powder. Not the best in the world but it got the job done.

put a bit of cooked rice and diced mushrooms and veggies into a muffin pan, then pour egg whites from the carton or crack whole eggs in there and bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Easy, delicious, and healthy.

Kraft Dinner and meatballs.

I just buy frozen meatballs and cook them in the microwave, then cut them up into 1/4 size pieces and mix them in.

It's pretty decent.

There's a cookbook called "a man, a can, and a plan" that's basically super simple bachelor recipes you can make mostly with cheap canned goods.

Noodles. Mixed vegetables. Cook. Put in frying pan (tip: add the noodle flavor mix only at this point). Maybe add a bit of soy sauce if you like. Put into mouthhole. Turn into poop.

Chopped up frozen meatballs mixed with macaroni and cheese is the most bachelor chow thing Ive ever heard of.

I didn't do this as a bachelor, but I usually make a big batch of chilli every few months and freeze it in individual tupperware containers. For me it makes an easy lunch to reheat, but for a bachelor it's easily like 15 dinners for one.

Cook some Ground beef (until browned), and some diced or frozen bell peppers on a stove top -- throw in a can of tomato soup (Campbell's works well), bring to a simmer, and serve with spaghetti, and Garnish with grated cheese.

Leftovers fried rice.

Order food (one more portion of rice than you need). Leave all the leftovers in the fridge overnight.
Next day, buy some corn, and sautee it, then just chuck all the leftovers in there, with the rice. Crack a couple of eggs in. Keep it moving.

I'm assuming you want to keep the washing up to a minimum, so that's the easiest way.

Someone on CE posted this quasi-jambalaya recipe a while ago and I've made it a couple times. Great stuff.
