As much as both are part of my childhood, there's really only a handful of shows on Nick that I could watch as an adult and say "This is good." without additional qualification. CN on the other hand has two of my absolute favorite pieces of media ever in Adventure Time and Over the Garden Wall. Early on though Nickelodeon had such higher quality stuff than Cartoon Network. Mostly due to Cartoon Network still being new / not existing yet. Like Rocko, Angry Beavers, Arnold, that monsters show, arent and Stimpy, and probably more I am forgetting. After awhile though Cartoon Network started to put out some all-time great bangers like Dexters Lab and Sheep in the big city.
