remember, this is one day's worth of free cards. so, excuse the one-ofs for now.

it's been doing well enough in BO1 pickup games. is it at all viable at the real tables? i'm having a ton of trouble against Big Green, but i'm in most other games.

But, i've been out of magic (besides reading spoilers) for almost 3 years, and out of standard for even longer. i've browsed through the C/U cards and didn't see much that seemed like auto-includes, but i only have a couple rare wildcards so far, so i'm hoping for some guidance on what to go after first (and even more importantly, if the deck is even worth the resources to try to improve).

one last try. this deck is really fun, and it has a surprising amount of reach.

i played Arena daily for like the first couple years or so that it was out

i really don't like a lot of the recent changes and the directions the new sets and formats have taken

I haven't been following standard since neon dynasty came out lol

neat vid, if a little dated. but despite sharing colors it's true aggro, where i'm more in the midrange category. so, while it's cool that there's something there as a fallback, i don't think any of the cards i'd be crafting fit into both versions.

edit: check that, Sunrise Cavalier looks solid.

i wasn't planning to bump this again, but i have to.

i hate that there's no chat (though i understand). i just played against someone named zero_emrakul, and i have to give props for the awesome reference. i just wish i could have said something in the game itself.

and, while i'm here, does anyone know if the free card rewards from dailys give preference to cards you don't have / don't have 4 ofs, or will it give WCs/Vault progress randomly before filling out a collection? same question regarding preference to Standard before older sets, or will it only ever give standard cards?

shit, i keep coming up with new questions...

i see that the quick drafts are only half cost. if i'm a good but not great drafter with no experience with DMU drafts, do you think it's better to draft twice as often to build up cards for standard, or play half as many with better top end prizes?
