it likely means that they're implying that they believe the TC is a neckbeard for drawing attention to this stuff, which also likely means that they're a TERF themself and/or transphobic.

Is helena really a terf? If true, most of the ppl defending her will feel dirty.

I hear this a lot on gamefaqs but doesn't the UK have wildly more accepting inclusivity than america? Like at least legally? I could be out of the loop here but where does this uk terf discussion come from, aside from jk rowling

Anti-trans rhetoric is almost always linked with anti-women, racist, and and anti-Semitic rhetoric. You never just hate trans people. You dont believe in peoples internal narratives or right to bodily autonomy.
