Looking for one with the Gamecube controller ports for something I grabbed today. This was the only image of the system and the seller is slow to respond.

It looks like that bit on top opens up so it should have them as thats where it would go

Alright, good enough for me, taking the deal. At worse, I'll just have to keep an eye out for a cheap system only deal any try my luck with it actually running. The site had a bunch, but the cheapest one sold while I was browsing the other offers.

Worth it for the games anyway, best bundle on the site, and the cheapest bundle to boot. Everything cheaper wasn't even complete. Even just system only was going up to NZ$150, that was $105 for the works.

No, already got a WiiU and a GameCube. I got a Wii game with dance mat. Doesn't work on either of those, and let someone have my old Wii with a hack when I got the Wii U.

Yeah that one has the GC ports.

I was going to say the same thing, but I just looked up pics of the RVL-101 model (the one without GC controller ports), and while it looks as though it has the cover for the Gamecube controllers, it doesn't. So while I was also pretty confident it's an RVL-001, it very well could be the newer model.

are the wires from the OG model and the newer model exactly the same? Maybe can identify it that way?

Not that they would be, but maybe some slight difference

If I was less lazy I could have zoomed in on that picture and saw the panels do in fact have gaps in between them, which makes them real doors, but you already bought it at that point.

Hooked up the Wii, works fine. Had Mario Kart Wii inside the system as well. :D
