She said something about hiring lawyers. She also talked about how she doesnt have to do all the sex stuff now, can wear the clothes she wants to wear, doesnt have to work grueling all day schedules, can actually watch TV shows now and hang out with friends, etc. She also said she needs a ton of therapy and will be taking a lot of time off for the foreseeable future to process everything.

She said she wants to do the things she's always wanted to do but wasnt allowed to, like do streams with animals and traveling and stuff. This dude basically forced her to live in her room all day and show off cleavage and dress in swimsuits and stuff

sounds like trafficking.

I'm just relieved she's alive. I was bracing myself for this to end in tragedy.

While shit always has the potential to go south at the last minute, it looks like she's safe and negotiating divorce from her husband. I suspect the most likely end scenario is she pays him fuck off money and gets a restraining order.

Woah, I don't know much about her, but this is an extremely depressing situation. I'm glad it sounds like she's safe and getting out of this toxic relationship.

It's possible he didn't do anything technically illegal, just immensely assholeish.

I hope this isn't the wrong time to ask, but how was he forcing her to do all that stuff? Did he have some sort of legal control over her money or something?

Threats. Threatened to kill her dogs or burn her money up on bad options & crypto trades. Stuff like that.

going off of the laws in my state, he can prob be charged with terroristic threats in terms of criminal actions, but this is from an extremely limited interaction, unfortunately being an asshole isn't a crime. Anything else would just be apart of a family court dispute where they can argue about his character. This kind of stuff is a lot more common than people think

Edit: Also coercion, but that would be hard to prove in court, since the state would need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he MADE her do these actions she would not normally do and that threats were involved, and Amouranth would be forced to relive that in court and also get prodded by whoever his defense attorney may be, she would probably elect to not pursue that

When your spouse is rich often courts will argue they have been accustomed to a life and put theirs own hold to support you which entitles them to money.
