I'd rate it a 7/10. It's very consistent, quick, you get a lot of food, menu is simple, chicken is good but nothing remarkable and if you want added flavor you can get their sauce which is mayo-based and I know that can turn off a few people. Their fries and sauce are great, I dont like their cole slaw so I ask for extra bread which is also very good. Their chicken is ok. The taste is great but it can be a little dry sometimes, I recommend ordering extra sauce because the chicken really needs it but its good as a fry dip also. --- She/her ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's alright. I prefer Zaxby's. I resent Cane's for opening a restaurant right next to a Chick-fil-A and a Starbucks at one of the busiest intersections in the city, though. To be honest, I'm a little disappointed at Zaxby's now. I went today to get a Kicken' Chicken meal, which is my go-to usually. The price went up again... Ok fine, compared to other places $8.59 isn't horrible for a meal with a drink. However, I quickly noticed that the texas toast they use for the sandwich was maybe 80% the size that it used to be. I HAVE noticed their bucket of chicken is a shadow of what it used to be. One advantage Zaxby's has to all those other chicken restaurants is their salads. Gigantic and loaded with chopped chicken. No one else has anything close. Hell, put them on a fancy plate and they would pass for most sit down restaurant salads that cost $5 more. ... Copied to Clipboard!
