He's pretending he can't hear the judge. Now he's saying he's having trouble hearing her not that he can't hear her. Yet he was ignoring her the entire past 10 mins lol.

LMAO the judge had the IT guy do a decibel test and will have both the IT guy and bailiff testify they could hear everything she was saying when Brooks was muted.

So long as the IT guy is on the stand, Brooks stays out of prison a few more minutes.

Yeah that's all he's doing and the judge knows it. She's just entertaining him to give him a chance to participate so he doesn't have any chance to try and fight her in the future in court. She's just covering all grounds.
