So wtf does this mean? USB stick. Was named all weird. Has the android folder, so somehow it's from a phone....but my parents don't know how to dump a phone onto a PC then put it onto a USB.

I am oddly enticed by this stick. Almost....hypnotized.....

(any good writers here wanna write a creepypasta for this? we can get lots of updoots on le reddit!)

Not necessarily. Thumb drives could corrupt for any given reason. It could be something as simple as them pulling the thumb drive out while the computer was doing an operation, there is a reason that pre-7 machines made a big deal about you releasing the thumb drive before taking it out.

i was thinking virus

until i found a picture of my dead sister in the LOST.DIR folder.

Her name was Janice. She died in 1977. As far as my family was concerned, we didn't have any remaining pics of her.

WTF is going on CE.
