I'm considering finally biting the bullet and starting to do TikToks with my gf and maybe doing some Pokemon and PC indie title stuff on Twitch. My gf and I are still debating that OF, too.

So my questions are:
1.) I know lots of bigger streamers I follow, like Callum, Pokemon Challenges, Wolfe, etc. stream hacks, fusion games, etc. If I did hacks or randomizers is that something I would need to worry about getting strikes for TOS or sued by Nintendo? Like my intuition tells me that if that many big creators do them - I shouldn't have to worry?
2.) Any suggestions for making layouts for your sites? I looked at different sites that allow you to "customize" layouts and then let you buy them for like $3 -- but everything there feels lame looking. I know in my DTR program when we talked about making educational materials and websites we talked at length about subscribing to open source image sites and whatnot. Is that something I would really need to worry about here, if I used any images while creating my own background? Or am I better off just paying someone on Fivrr or something?
3.) I downloaded one of the programs to stream - but I didn't start/test it out because I've been un-showered and shirtless all day. Is the screen capture software for my pc built into the program already?

You could state the name of the program you're trying to use so people can help you.

Just the Twitch Studio one.

The screen and audio capture should be built into the software, requiring no additional installation if that is what you're inquiring about. There is an option to with-hold videos from being published after streaming on Twitch, so you can stream and then re-watch the video for audio quality, etc before publishing.

I just stream to Twitch as a hobby on occasion. I use OBS and it has the option to select a microphone from my available list of microphones. A good microphone is important if you're going for quality. If I had more experience using Twitch Studio I would direct you more, but unfortunately I don't.

One of these is not like the other. Lol, that last sentence just stopped me in my tracks.

Would CE get a discount?
