Kayli Munn: 3 years probation
Josh Munn: 3 years probation, community service
Kristi Munn: 3 years probation, 90 days home confinement
Dawn Munn: 14 days prison, 90 days home confinement
Thomas Munn: 14 days prison, 90 days home confinement

The vast majority of the capitol rioters are getting very light sentences. I hope the people currently on trial for seditious conspiracy get hefty sentences.

Conservatives cry about being persecuted, but continue to get treated with kid gloves for shit like this. If it were some left wing organization doing the same thing at 1/6 all these people would be getting 20 years at the least and up to life sentences.

To put it in perspective, people beat up by the police then rounded up for simply being in the wrong side of downtown in Portland, OR after the 2016 election got treated way worse and some were transferred to jail for a few weeks before finally being told the charges against them were dropped.

Every insurrectionist (That wasn't a minor being dragged along) that entered that building should be facing death.

No. 95% of the time I can see the merits of being against the death penalty but in this case? No. This was literally treason. This was literally an attempt to overthrow an election and to execute elected officials purely based on being unable to accept the results of a fair election.

We need to make some grim examples after 1/6.

I'm opposed to the death penalty in all situations but they should have had hefty prison sentences. I could even be convinced of life. Probation is a joke.
