Killing is such a go-to option. I like clever ways to work around the law or even if you blow up someones car to intimidate them. But once you just kill everyone its kind of boring and the chance of dying outweighs all the money.

Well... the thing about organized crime is that to be in that world, you're probably not very patient and don't mind resorting to violence as an early result more so than the general population.

Organized crime has hierarchies of made men and certain untouchable figures for that very reason, as not having them would invariably lead to all cartels collapsing in rapid fashion.
