Do you remember your first orgasm? You never did it before, but it happened naturally and there was no "wrong" way to do it. Death is the same. You fear it. You fear that something about it will be bad or will go wrong because you have never done it. But you will do death just as well and naturally as every animal does death. It's like being in line for one of those rides at a theme park where you have to stand for 2 hours. We are all in line for death, except this line will last decades, years, or for the unlucky, perhaps only a few months, weeks, or days. We are all going on this ride together, so do not have fear. If a car accident or shooting ends your life early, do not fear that. You are going to the same place we all are going.

But, the Tibetan Book of the Dead suggests that there are things you can do while living that ease the stages of dying and can even prevent being caught in the trap in which most today would consider Hell. You know what I mean?
