I don't know if there's bigger, but Sargeras' sword is the one to beat. Sargeras is a planet-sized Titan whose preferred method of destroying planets is slicing them in two.

His sword gets stuck on the southern end of the continent of Kalimdor. It can be seen at nearly the northern end. If you jump off the top of it in-game, it takes you nearly a full minute to hit the ground.

The part in metal gear rising where you rip off a metal gears sword arm thts like 10 stories tall, use it to parry some swings from its other arm and then slice it to pieces using it clearly beats it if we are talking about playable segments

Great sword in elden ring (and other souls games) seems to be as long as biggoron when compared to the player character.

Based on pixel calcs tho the greatsword should be bigger. Assuming the souls main characters are 175 cm tall and Link about 158 to 160 cm tall.

Literally goes from near ground level to high into the Atmosphere targeting "Memento Mori" where it's mounted on the Low Orbital Ring encircling Earth at ~ 10,000 km above the ground.

Gundam 00 Raiser is well within Earth's atmosphere near the ground below 50 km in altitude.

That's a REALLY long Beam Saber.
