3 hours in the dentists' chair the other day felt like barely 1 hour

2 hour car ride last week felt like 30 minutes

i blame the pandemic >_>

I lost my dissociative episodes and filled that space in with temporal memory loss. Feels like I broke even.

i remember when i was a kid, one night i was at my grandma's house and i just couldn't sleep. and i started imagining all these scenarios (basically of me going into the world of DBZ and outlaw star) and it felt so vivid and fun. i can't really get back to that level now but it's always comforting to know that if the boredom gets too bad i can just imagine.

I used to do that all the time, but with Digimon. I grew out of it when I entered high school but I wish I could still do that.

I do this but because of my propensity for negative thinking, it can put me in a bad mood.
