Dreepapult 10/04/22 6:30:59 PM #1:	Holiest day on the biblical calendar. A day to reflect on the past year and seek God's forgiveness. A day of fasting starting at sundown tonight. It's a dry fast. You're only supposed to drink water or eat if it's necessary for your health or medication. Like if you're diabetic you have to eat to maintain blood sugar. This will be my 3rd yom Kippur. It's kind of a strange feeling day. A day of reflection and study. I definitely felt weird the first time doing a dry fast.
