Im in fairly good shape and work out 3-5 times a week. I basically eat the same thing everyday (oatmeal/eggs for breakfast, turkey sandwich for lunch, and a protein + veggies for dinner) but I always find myself craving those tasty little things. Theres something about the loads of ketchup mixing in with the onions and those buns man.

I don't understand how people actually like McDonald's burgers. They are so bland and usually dry as fuck.

I'd so much rather just eat those frozen white castle sliders, for instance. About the same quality, but actually tasty.

I used to be pretty overweight a few years back and ended up losing 50 pounds so Im pretty conscious on what I eat. And by working out I mean Ill ride on an exercise bike for 20-30 minutes and shoot some hoops for an hour after. Some light weight lifting here and there but Im far from a gym rat.
