Even though I'm no longer a Christian I'm thankful I grew up in a laid back Methodist church, where they would decorate the basement every Halloween for the young kids as a fun activity to do. --- Beware the fanatic! went to a fundie private school in the 90s halloween wasn't a big deal iirc, but it was tame i guess goosebumps was banned, but not strictly enforced pokemon was really banned, and it was enforced like drug policy harry potter was odd in that the existence of the series was seemingly not mentioned by anyone, neither students nor teachers, so there was no explicit policy on it --- http://i.imgur.com/A0TAfek.png ...
