person who got Kiwi Farms taken off the internet (until it came back up on its original domain a week later). Got a lot of hype after their campaign convinced Cloudflare to drop the website which is a pretty big deal for that company's ethics policy and website hosting in the world (since Cloudflare is a sort of defacto sole provider of DDOS protection which keeps websites up).

I imagine now she wants to keep that momentum for her online brand and take down targets that actually have reach on a lot of people (since let's be real, KF is pretty niche and just has an outsize influence harrassing a couple individuals like Keffals herself).
