Of the Friends cast, Jennifer Aniston is definitely the biggest star. Followed by Courtney Cox but she fell off in, like, the mid-2000s. David Schwimmer was in stuff here and there.
I don't know anything about the rest of them.

Dudes been In fuckin Clueless and Avengers. That's about as big of a generational youth gap of popularity imaginable. Maybe Patrick Stewart could say the same with Trek/X-Men but that's about it.

It is interesting that older dudes get cast as super hero leads all the time, but all the female super hero leads have to be youngish.

for better or worse it's still easily jen when combining friends + marriage and subsequent breakup with brad pitt.

Friends has global reach too. I don't even like the show and it's undeniable. Spanish baseball players, for whatever reason, watch that show to learn English for example.

I'm an older millennial and I'd still go with Rudd. At least if you factor in presently.

David Schwimmer's done pretty well for himself. was well set enough from Friends that he could move into directing, something he wanted to do, has since shown up in a few TV shows that were well-received.

I always remember David Schwimmer from this podcast series I listened to called Homecoming. Pretty good podcast too.

Not just them - I got more used to conversational English in the early years of living in the US by watching this show while reading CC. I've also heard this from other immigrants.

Matthew Perry was huge, being in major movies but fell off harder than Cox. Matt Leblanc got his own spinoff and then recently got a new sitcom (might still be going), where he plays generic-dumb-fat-father-archetype #4,529,126. Lisa Kudrow was in Mad About You and Friends at the same time but Ive only seen her in bit parts since Friends ended.

Everytime I hear Paul Rudd's name I first think of Phil Rudd.

Jennifer Aniston is the only one that comes close to Rudd in popularity.

This is what I think too. Friends is still popular but gradually getting less and less so. Rudd has been in so much stuff, not just Avengers, and he was even named Sexiest Man Alive fer cryin' out loud. I think it's really close but Rudd just barely edges Aniston out right now.
