I loved the second game and regret waiting years to play it. Vastly prefer the gameplay of the sequel and while the story wasnt anything innovative it was still delivered well and there was some actual characterization unlike the first game. I blame the open world nature of it for the underrated status. Which sucks because I absolutely loved the sections spent in the open world. Great environmental story telling and the side quests were a real treat to stumble upon. Special mention going to the creepy ass ghost lady. Game just came out at the wrong time, when everyone was getting open world game fatigue. --- Wild ARMs is still the best JRPG series in my opinion and we desperately need a new game in the series! ... The ghost lady was truly terrifying. And the segments with the photographer guy were really creepy. It fell off a little for me in the last half where they reused areas and the priest guy segments werent as creepy or interesting. The ... Copied to Clipboard!
