You have to install it through Linux mode, but then you can launch it from the main SteamOS like any other app. It's really easy to do because it's on the Linux app store that comes with Steam Deck. A lot of people reported Ghostwire to run with no issues but later in the game it struggled. Regardless its a great piece of hardware.
