Scrambled eggs has sauteed garlic, corn and tomatoes, spiced with my dried chili blend (ancho, chipotle and some hot chillies), a bit of oregano, cumin, salt and black pepper, topped with a red salsa. It was p good, tho the tortillas could be thinner and a bit more toasted.
