I think the "New Generation" era of WWF was not THAT bad. 1995 was pretty poor overall, but Bret Hart, Undertaker, Owen Hart, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, Diesel, British Bulldog, Jeff Jarrett, Bam Bam Bigelow, Psycho Sid, Vader?! Booking was bonkers especially in 1995. Also, just putting it out there... as a Canadian, Bret Hart's program where he was like, Anti-American? That was fucking magnificent and I can speak to it from personal experience that Canadians fucking LOVED him despite his heel shenanigans at that time. I started in like 96 casually but got really into it by 98, then stopped in the early 00s. He ate more clean pins than Roddy Piper but Hotrod doesn't get nearly the same flack. Plus there's all the stars he's made through NXT that are now making more money than they otherwise would've, whether it'd be in AEW or Raw or Smackdown. I know hogan is technically a shitty wrestler but he's my favorite. He's the only reason i started watching. Was flipping through channels and saw him fighting sting. I recognized him from a movie called surberbon commando I think. So with that I'm also more fond of his Hollywood persona. I hated Goldberg growing up but once again despite being a shitty wrestler I like him now. I watched him from his start to damn near his end. Favorite theme song for a wrestler Lastly I wish Bobby Lashley got the push Brock Lesnar did.
