Yeah, from what I read a good gentle pressure under the jawline in the aproximate vicinity of the ear seems to be a safe option, not the front of the neck.
I tried doing it lightly on myself and I can feel a slight pulsation, I would need to practice this with the girls now to get more accustomed to it.
