I do 3 sets of 60 total, 7 days a week, and work out a different muscle group every day for about an hour, and get at least 100 G of protien every day with protein powder. I mostly just use jugs filled with water at this point, and I'm probably just going to fill them with sand when they are too light. I aim for weights that are slightly less than what I can physically do.

After just one week I'm noticeably stronger and I no longer feel like I'm about to die afterward. It took me a long time just to bulk up not to be underweight. My biggest concern is that because I'm not going to a gym I might miss some important muscle groups, so I'm going to start jogging just to catch anything else that might get neglected.

Idk, once you work it into your daily routine it's harder not to do it.

Im confused as to why you think that jogging is gonna be the exercise that hits the muscle groups you miss. For instance, its not going to do shit for your rear delts.

If youre that new then just drop, at most, $40 on some resistance bands and find some recommendations for calisthenic exercises.

Hey thanks, that's a good idea. Just ordered some.

I tried exercising a long time ago but plateaued because I was doing it wrong.
